CARE HOMES
LIVE MUSIC
I feel privileged to be able to play for elderly people in care and I provide entertainment to Care Homes in the nearby Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire counties.
Usually playing in the mornings or afternoons for an hour, I fit in with the plans of the Care Home Activities Leaders and Co-ordinators for their residents in care.

Music evokes wonderful feelings and memories and can, for a while, help break down the barriers of even severe cases of dementia as people clap, dance and sing along with the tunes.

I play acoustic guitar and sing songs from all eras plus any requests that residents may have asked me to play (see selection of Care Home Songs below). I'm always adding "new" songs (to keep me on my toes!). I also have done themed events such as Hawiian, 50's, 60's, 70's, Oktoberfest, Australian, Irish, American, Summer, Christmas, Halloween , Maritime etc. I have a compact amplifier and speaker system for these sessions and can tailor the volume, sound and song choice to suit.
I am always happy to discuss any requirements with you so please contact me - mobile 07870 616747, or via this link to my Contact Page
